Representing Landlords in the negotiation of leases for both new and existing Tenants utilizing professional Marketing and Leasing services.
TENANT RELATIONS
Responding promptly to Tenant inquiries and maintenance concerns so as to maintain the integrity of the physical property and positive Tenant relations.
LEASE ADMINISTRATION
Ensuring the Tenants' compliance with their leasehold obligations, including the collection of rent, into each Landlord’s personalized Clients’ Trust Checking Account.
MAINTENANCE
Supervising the maintenance items for which the Landlord is responsible, utilizing the best local vendors. Recommending needed improvements and major projects. Taking full care of the property on a daily basis while being available 24/7 for emergencies. Regular Property Management and inspections keep your property in great condition.

David Kiersey
Owner & Commercial Property Manager
David Kiersey joined the company in 1997 and became the principal broker in 2004. David has a BS in Business Finance from Oregon State Universty and an MBA from Portland State University. David's past experience includes 12 years of management at Farmers Insurance, with his last position in the Commercial Insurance area. David's affiliations include the Commercial Association of Brokers.
Jeff Kiersey
Vice President & Broker
Jeff Kiersey joined the company in May 2016. Jeff comes to us after specializing in industrial sales/leasing in the Portland area. He is operating as a portfolio manager while continuing his work in leasing. Jeff has a BS in Finance from Oregon State University and has previously held positions at Kidder Mathews and Anthem Memory Care.
Jake Pruit
Controller
Jake Pruit joined the company in 2024. He started his career in banking, where he helped underwrite commercial real estate. He transitioned into industry accounting, working on financial statements for an accelerated filing public company, where he became a Certified Public Accountant. He now works as Controller for our Accounting functions.
Tori Kane
Office Manager, AP/AR, IT
Tori Kane joined the company in 2022. She has former experience as an Association Administrator, where she assisted multiple HOA Managers with their portfolios, and maintained Office Administrator duties in tandem. At Kiersey & McMillan, Inc., she is Office Manager and leads our IT and Accounting functions.
Trevor Harman
Commercial Property Manager
Trevor Harman joined the company in 2019 and is specializing in the management of a commercial property portfolio. He previously served as a Community Manager to 35 Homeowners Associations. He is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications while earning a football scholarship.
Erica Jensen
Commercial Property Manager
Erica Jensen joined the company in 2023 and is specializing in the management of a commercial property portfolio. She worked previously as a Real Estate Agent and Director of Operations for residential brokerages in the Portland area. She is now assisting with leasing here at Kiersey & McMillan, Inc., while continuing to maintain her property portfolio.
Shaun Felechner
Commercial Property Manager
Shaun Felechner joined the company in 2023 and is specializing in the management of a commercial property portfolio. He has over 10 years of previous property management experience in overseeing Homeowners Associations, Long-term Residential Rental Properties, and Short-Term Vacation Rentals. Shaun has been a licensed Broker in Oregon since 2023. He graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Natalie Lewis
Commercial Property Manager
Natalie Lewis joined the company in 2025 and is specializing in the management of a commercial property portfolio. With over 13 years of experience in the property management industry, she has overseen diverse property portfolios, ranging from high-density multifamily communities to complex HOA developments and mixed-use commercial properties.
